CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
Mysore (assisted self practice)
All levels class with one-to-one teacher guidance in a group setting. The ideal way to learn and practice—with individualized instruction, step by step. In this class, we’ll work together to develop your personalized yoga practice through a balanced approach.

Half Primary
Practice about halfway through the Primary Series and wrap-up with three simple closing postures and rest. Focus is on breath-led movements to build strength and ease.

Foundations
You’ll be guided through the foundational standing postures of the Primary Series. Focus is on breath awareness and healthy alignment. Moves at a slower pace with additional instruction and variations for all.

Core Strength
Based on the seated postures of the Primary Series with floor work and core focus. Wake up the deep core muscles and learn how to move from your center.

What’s Ashtanga Yoga?
Ashtanga is a healing method of yoga. The practice invites you to connect to your breath, letting your movements follow your breathing. What’s Mysore Class?
Simply put, it’s like a private lesson in a group setting. You get one-to-one attention in this class. We’ll work together to develop your personalized practice, step by step. You’ll practice by following your breath, and move at your pace. There are variations for all levels—meeting you where you’re at. This class is wonderful for beginners and experienced students alike. All are welcome!

What’s Led Class?
Students are guided together as a group. You’ll be led through the Primary Series sequence or part of it. The teacher paces and counts the class (traditionally in Sanskrit). Led classes are great for learning about your breath, the vinyasa count, and enjoying community by moving and breathing together.
