Enjoy yoga lessons tailored to meet and support you where you’re at. Whether you’re experienced or just getting started, we’ll build a sustainable yoga practice to improve your health and well-being.

New students: learn a 20-minute personalized sequence to bring home with you. You’ll be set up with helpful resources and get individualized guidance with room to grow. Experienced students: choose specific areas of interest to deepen your mind-body connection and reach your personal wellness goals.

We’ll work together to create a customized practice (i.e. yoga postures, breath awareness, meditation, and other yoga techniques) that will address your needs.
