NOURISH WITH NIDRA
Sunday, November 24, 4-5pm

Yoga Nidra is a unique experience of relaxation and release. It is a soothing restorative meditation done lying down. You’ll be guided into conscious awareness of each part of the body for deep and effortless relaxation. Session begins with gentle breathwork and mantra, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra. Release physical, mental, and emotional tension and enjoy deep rest. Accessible for anybody!
Cost: $20 pre-register/$25 at the door.

ASHTANGA BASICS
Saturday, December 7, 2-4pm.

Learn the basics of this breath-centered practice to calm mind and body. We will cover the groundwork of breath, movement, and form as we break down the practice of Half Primary Series. This workshop allows for more thorough explanation, and covers modifications to practice effectively and safely. Great for those curious of Ashtanga, or wanting a refresher of the basics. Class size is limited to allow for personalized attention and learning.
