ASHTANGA FLOW (pop-up class at Fusion Yoga)
Saturday, October 19, 12-1:15pm
Come practice a portion of the Primary Series at an easy-going pace. This class moves step by step through sun salutations, standing poses, some seated poses, and a modified closing sequence including breathwork and rest. The basics of breath, mindful movement, and alignment are taught in a supportive way aiming to deepen your mind-body connection.
Cost: $20. drop-ins welcome.

Sunday, October 27, 7-8:15pm

The new moon is a natural time for new beginnings and purposeful intention setting. In this candlelight session, we'll practice techniques to encourage introspection, clarity, and renewal including: pranayama (breathwork), mantra, chanting, dhyana (meditation), and visualization. Journal reflection sheet and intention cards provided.
Cost: $25. Registration required.

Saturday, December 7, 2-4pm.

Learn the basics of this breath-centered practice to calm mind and body. We will cover the groundwork of breath, movement, and form as we break down the practice of Half Primary Series. This workshop allows for more thorough explanation, and covers modifications to practice effectively and safely. Great for those curious of Ashtanga, or wanting a refresher of the basics. Class size is limited to allow for personalized attention and learning.
