Kristen began a continuous study and practice of yoga in 2001, and has practiced Ashtanga Yoga daily since 2012. She has explored many yoga traditions over the years, and has always remained a dedicated student. Kristen teaches yoga classes, workshops, and private sessions in the Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota area.
