ashtanga yoga: the 8 limbs

Kristen Mansch began a continuous practice of yoga in 2001. She has practiced Ashtanga Yoga daily without a break since 2012, soon after the birth of her second child. She continues to learn in an ongoing apprenticeship with Ellie Kaufman Wannemacher, a KPJAYI-Authorized teacher by Sharath Jois. Kristen teaches yoga classes, private sessions and workshops in the Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota area.

ONGOING WEEKLY CLASSES. Kristen teaches led Ashtanga Half Primary Series classes Thursdays 6-7:15 a.m. and Saturdays 7-8:15 a.m. at River Garden Yoga Center. The Center is located at 455 West 7th Street, St. Paul, Minnesota. View class details here.
